creating preliminary floorplan drawings based on the results of your online
survey. Often, these floorplans help to speed up the final design process
by establishing the homeowner’s desires and basic guidelines prior to
meeting with an architect. Once the initial design process is complete,
your design will evolve with detailed architectural drawings and specific
plans for your site. Once approved, these architectural floorplans will
become the blueprints for your new home.

to choose a lender who will assist you in selecting the right program

Throughout the construction process you will have the opportunity
to meet with us regarding specific construction milestones, however
we encourage each homeowner to visit the site as frequently as they
wish to see the progress of their new home. Throughout the construction

regarding changes affecting schedule or pricing. Monthly homeowner meetings
are also set to keep you informed of the progress of your home.
5. Monthly Homeowner Meetings
During the monthly review meetings you will:
• Learn about the construction progress of your home
• Discuss any adjustments that may need to be made
• Review and approve all construction expenses and draws
Prestige Home Builders fees are calculated at an agreed upon percentage above
the actual building costs. This unique cost plus approach reveals
to you all building expenses and savings throughout the building process.
Any cost savings that occurs throughout this process are then passed
down to you, creating additional value in your home.
